Cheri
Certified Orthodontic Assistant & Operations Manager
Cheri started as a patient at Elm Tree Orthodontics in 1994, and in 1996 began working with the team part-time. After graduating in 2001 from Quinnipiac University she decided to stay with the practice full time and is now a Certified Orthodontic Assistant and Operations Manager.
She and her husband, Jim, enjoy cheering on their two sons, Brett and Ryan, at their many sporting events!
Angela
Scheduling Coordinator
Angela has been with the practice since 1981. They say, “Time goes by fast when you’re having fun,” and boy is that the truth!
She has two great kids, Erica and Michael. She loves to plan theme days and fun things for our patients.
Tamar
Lead Orthodontic Assistant
Tamar joined the team in 2001. She and her husband Jon live in Meriden with their children, Christina and Christopher.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Diane
Scheduling Coordinator
Diane joined our team in 2016, working part-time at the front desk. She and her husband live in Hamden with her three children.
In her spare time, she enjoys scrapbooking all the memories she and her family have made together.
Alli
Orthodontic Assistant
Alli is a North Carolina native and has been working in the dental field since 2018. You can find her working chair side with Dr. Desai as well as managing our social media accounts.
She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, sight seeing, and traveling.
Hippo Desai
Emotional Support Pup
And last (but definitely not least!) is Dr. Desai’s sweet emotional support puppy, Hippo! Hippo helps out around the office by just being themselves!
